Foreclosure Fraud Rampant
The Banks have created a system that will only allow them to get back control of their collateral, at least in the majority of cases, if they committ mortgage fraud. The have created pools of mortgages that seem to have little paper trail and it is coming into question as to whether or not the banks are able to claim title to real property without ever having title. It seems that in their haste to make money and close deals, the bankers forgot legal proceedure along the way
